ANJEYANADRI BETTA, ANEGUNDI, The birth place of Lord Hanuman...

Hi my dear readers,

I'm back here with yet another blog and an amazing experience to share.

Before starting, hope everyone are amazingly doing well in life and greeting's to everyone.

A astonishing experience I'm about to share here is a beautiful place called Anjeyanadri Betta near Hampi, Hospet. Before jumping to details of place. I would like to share a bit of how it all started. One Sunday, my wife insisted let's go out. And we planned to go to "Anjeyanadri Betta" at 4pm after a good nap. Before that I had heard about the place but was not aware about the exact location. So as usual with guidance of our google baba's help 'google map', marked destination place has Anjeyanadri Betta. Interesting it showed us around one and half hours and landed up little outskirts of Gangavati, Koppal with no road ahead. My wife started telling it's okay we had amazing time together, traveling to the place; consoling me😂.

Anyways we had to take u-turn and move back towards Hospet. When we enquired about the 'Anjeyanadri Betta' with passerby, we had to take left turn to reach the destination instead of right. After around 15km return travel we reached somehow to 'Anjeyanadri Betta' a much awaited amazing view point at around 6.15pm. Again unfortunately it was time to close the temple and instructed by parking lot person to leave the place. We had sugarcane juice and went back to our home. This was all our first little experience to go to Anjeyanadri Betta.

On 20th Feb 2022 which was Sankasti Chaturthi, Sunday this time planned to go to Anjeyanadri Betta with divinity for divine blessings. This time we reached the place at 4pm. It is located at a distance of about 5km from historical site of Hampi. Anjeyanadri Hill (Anjani Parvat) is considered to be the site of the monkey kingdom Kishkinda mentioned in the epic Ramayana. Parked our car and started our exhausting climb. This 'betta' means hill famous as the birth place of Lord Hanuman. At the entrance of betta there are small shops like hand made items, idols, sugar cane, orange pleasant view both side of walk and cow shed. As we move upstairs we see that the hill is surrounded by plantain and paddy fields. One has to climb about 575 steps the summit. While climbing we observe numbers of steps climbed written in steps. Everywhere people chanting "Jai Shri Ram" and accordingly our mind goes chanting "Jai Shri Ram".

Entrance of Anjeyanadri Hill

The climb is safe and quite easy because of the stairway right from the base all the way to the top. Close to the summit, there's a overhanging rock, one has to really bend low to go under it. The hill top is refreshing cool breeze and beautiful sights of Tungabhadra river, green fields, Rashyamukha hill and parts of Hampi. We can see plenty of monkeys live on this hill, in fact they hang around the temple. Tourists and temple visitors feed these monkeys with channa, banana and other eatables. I saw few monkeys even snatch coconuts from visitors and give a scary look.

We had divine darshan of Lord Hanuman and his guru's Lord Ram, Lakshman and Sita. Also read Hanuman Chalisa and relaxed for quite time outside the entrance. Anjanadri is also popular for sunsets view and although experiencing piece of mind at the top of the hills. Now it was time to get down the steps, felt it was so fast because of along the gravity move. Took Lord Hanuman darshan again and started traveling to Hospet.

Altogether it was heavenly experience to ANJEYANADRI BETTA.

Jai Shri Ram. Jai Shri Ram.🙏

Thank You for reading.

Have a wonderful and beautiful days ahead.

Habits that made my life better | Small changes big impact

Hi dear friends,

Hope all are doing great.

Good news is COVID cases are in declining and other way market's are so volatile these days.

Anyways let's go through my today's blog. Habits!! Yes, Habit's.

Habits are something which we follow regularly.  Funny maybe habits can be without our notice like in my case brushing teeth or can be following regular like reading books (here it is strange that I miss somedays but manage in couple other days).

I want to share five habits that made my life better and impacted my life in big way. These habits I follow regularly which has been developed from months or some are from years.

  1. Planning my day: This has helped me in big time to manage it very well. I can work effectively and efficiently. This routine has made my daily schedule worthwhile from my morning wake up until I sleep at night.
  2. Not using my phone in morning when I get up: Earlier I use to first start my day rushing to mobile notification and social media. Now I have developed a habit not to check notification of mobile. This habit has certainly push myself with higher productivity and mental health. I don't rush in morning I take it slow. This has high impact on my life.
  3. Writing blog: Here I heart out the feelings and experience in words, now blog has become my friend. From last few months I have made it a habit to express well.
  4. Tracking my finances: There is a popular phase 'making money will not make you rich but managing it well will make you rich'. In last few months I have understood the money and being very money positive. I'm using phase called "Arigato Money" means Thank you money. I have understood scarcity and abundance money mindset. With respect to money I'm tracking where my money is going and where it can be rather put into. Tracking my finances has definitely helped me my lifestyles and goals better.
  5. Gratitude: In most of the time we only think about what we don't have and somebody else have. We only worry about what's missing. Then I remember and realize that simple small town life is what we have little joys in our life. So I'm grateful about this existence, living in moments. Being thankful and grateful has made my life better.

These are my little habits which has made me better person. My next habit is developing what can I do today to be happy!!

So, you all have habits express it in comments. Let me also check which all I can develop.

Thank you friends for reading.
Love you all💓

Happy reading. Live life to Maxout.

Take care. See you all in next blog.😎

Nurture young minds, develop safety culture

Introduction:

As we all know that safety has become part and parcel of everyone life. Safety is utmost important and basic element in all sectors; it may be industry, health, home, food, automobile, electricity, sports etc. where it is not there? every field safety is much needed. Oh! Before going in details let’s first know what is Safety? As per dictionary ‘Safety’ is the condition of being protected from or unlikely to cause danger, risk, or injury. By simple words ‘Safety’ is state of safe or to be protected.

Now we have understood meaning of safety let’s further check what is culture? Culture is the ideas, customs, and social behavior of a particular people or society. In simple words again Culture is way of life.

If we combine Safety-Culture; it gives beautiful meaning “develop safe way in one’s life”. When we talk about an organization level the safety culture is the product of individual and group values, attitudes, perceptions, competencies, and patterns of behavior that determine the commitment of an organization's health and safety management.

One of the most interesting entities in this world that has remained undefined till today is young minds. No one identifies what really is going on in there and how it is going to be shaped when the kids grows up. A large percentage of young people’s talent, skills, characteristics, habits, and behaviors; hinges on how their mind-set’s were nurtured at the age of development.

The generation of each era treasures their very own and unique expressions, values, and mind-sets. This is where the crucial way of nurturing a twenty-first-century young mind comes in. So, now in this rapidly advancing era not only academic excellence matters, but also emphasizing on values of family, safety, etiquettes and everyday skills of life is important.

Times are changing and so is the survival style of people. The twenty-first-century era is the target of massive globalization, technological expansion, social maturation, and more.

In this overwhelming scenario, a group of population that is massively influenced in today’s time is the young minds of millennial. So along with professional & individual growth, proportionally growth towards safety culture is must. So I have jotted down further in this write-up some of the influential ways of nurturing young minds develop safety culture. Let’s understand one by one.

Loses occurred and causes due to lack of Safety Culture:

Globalization also affects the structure of workplaces, the way work is performed, and occupational safety and health. Hence intact workplace safety and health place is substantial important in every sector. When we check statistics/data of numbers of human loses happened due to lack of safety culture in recent past, numbers are in at very high note. This indicates that there is huge scope to create adequate safety culture. These human loses not only affects their own family but also creates huge negative impression on society and minds of young minds as well. Such loss may include physical injury, harm to property, psychiatric illness, or economic loss.

A work related negligence which results in illness or injury can not only put an employee job in trouble also impact their quality of life; it may also damage business’s productivity, finances and reputation- all of which can be difficult to recover from.

Because safety is such an important part of our daily lives, it’s important to nurture young minds of potential safety issues at all times and consciously act in safety’s best interest.

It’s easier said than done, of course. Daily responsibilities at work can often distract even diligent employees and decrease alertness. Employees who have been doing the same job for years are at an even higher risk because they’re less likely to consciously think about their actions. Repetitive tasks can switch on a person’s autopilot to the point they don’t need to put much thought into their work.

When this happens, safety becomes less of a daily thought until it’s brought back to the spotlight.

Without on-going awareness in young minds, when they attain their job, may begin to neglect safe practices in lieu of faster, more efficient methods. Taking a shortcut once with no negative consequences makes it easier to repeat those shortcuts and look for new ones – but safety leaders know it’s only a matter of time before those “efficiencies” result in an undesirable outcome.

Factors responsible for lack of safety culture:

It is very clear that negligence of safety measures and lack of awareness found root cause for lack of safety culture in young minds. So, let’s first start with primary part that is loses occurred due to negligence of Safety.

Negligence is the failure to adhere to the standards of behavior that the system puts in place to ensure the safety in one’s self. Someone who suffers loss caused by another's negligence may be able to sue for damages to compensate for their harm.

Now, let’s see second root cause of human loses that is lack of awareness. I feel this is very important reason for loss towards safety. Enriching knowledge with effectiveness, spreading across the learning across all the class of people especially in young kids is very essential. Especially in all workplaces young people starting their career a thorough understanding and awareness of health and safety are essentials, regardless of job role and industry. Where young minds are one’s absorbing fast when compared to others. So, relevant data’s through picturing, comic books, visuals (videos, various type of skits, drama), academic books, quiz, active training and many more ways it can be made familiar with. We shall discuss about this in next sections.

Safety awareness is absolutely essential in mitigating safety-related risks. Safety culture cannot be only in passive posters and occasional training sessions. It should be beyond this. Being constantly aware of how they’re operating at work and being able to recognize hazards is critical in mitigating safety-related risks. In short, creating on-going awareness is a huge part of building a successful safety culture.

Measures to be taken to develop safety culture in young minds:

Help young minds visualize safety; this is a commitment to be taken towards safety approaching matter from all angles by innovative development of safety plans. Below are five best ways to develop safety culture in young minds:

  •  Attack Root Causes of Accidents with Posters

Improve safety with just a little creativity. Yes, a well-placed poster can reignite interest in safety issues, especially if it’s eye-catching, fresh, and of course: relevant. One of the causes of injuries at work is when young minds aren’t aware that a danger exists. Posters can help with localized awareness of specific danger zones: consider a potential danger caused by an active machine.

  •  Use Humor for Safety Slogans

Encouraging a culture of safety is a lot easier when approach the matter from several angles. One of them can be humor. In fact, sometimes a few lines of humor may go a lot further than anything else if you’re trying to surround target audience with safety reminder slogans. If the voice in your head must ask “is this safe?” then it probably isn’t.

  • Choose and Create Your Visual Aids from a Marketing Perspective

Just as a marketer would do, consider audience when selecting visual aids for safety. Get inside their minds and assess current visual aids from that perspective. Keep things fresh by treating your safety visuals like revolving collections from a museum: switch them out for new ones when they become stale. Anything that grabs attention and keep everyone's mind on safety is beneficial.

  •  Visualize Your OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Administration) Data

When teaching about EHS metrics, data visualization is essential because reaching people of different ages, educational levels, and styles of learning. While presenting OHSA data, you want to make sure all are responsive and alert—to save lives. Goal in reporting and presenting metrics in a visualized manner is to help maximize awareness, productivity, and connectivity with your young minds. New technologies can help young minds visualize strengths and weaknesses in day-to-day business operations.

  •  Communicate with Data

Using various forms of charts like Pie charts (to show the most common injuries on the job), Column charts (to show incident breakdowns by month or the number of Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) completed), Trend charts (to give insight regarding historical and current performance, and based on those points, management can make necessary changes) can empower to effectively communicate to young minds in EHS progress.

Dashboards: Combining all of metrics into a dashboard is another great way to illustrate organization’s progress. Setup an interactive dashboard to navigate and interact with different charts and KPIs.

I would like to end this essay by telling recent incident, while I was traveling to Hosapete I saw very young boy may be of age 5 or 6 years, pillion rider in his father’s bike. They were turning right to overtake lorry ahead for them, I could witness the young boy at pillion seat was extending his right hand. I thought to myself young minds are developing safety culture.

Conclusion:

I feel that above said measures are strong points to nurture young minds and in near future there will be no wonder if young minds visualize safety in better ways and develops mindset towards safety culture. We will be soon witnessing best performing companies from the average performers. Many companies receive so many safety accolades and improve safety records year after year. We can assure there will be major transformation of people, employees, young minds towards safety approach and improve operational efficiency; preventing any incidents.

Thank you guys for reading.

Happy and have a great life ahead.

See you soon in next blogs.

Till then take care and live life to Maxout.

Love you all💓

How to be Confident!!! Four Tips to be from under confident to super confident!!

Hi Lovely People..

Hope all are doing great.

I'm Yogesh Naik here with new blog.

This blog is something interesting why because everyone wants to possess. As title says about Confidence, we all want to be confident in life. I personally been introvert. It was very difficult for me to speak to anyone (my old friends in college will be pointing). But today I have improvised myself so that I can talk to people, clients, family, in cameras with pleasure and smile in my face.

I'm glad you have chosen to read about this from being under confidence to confident person, but only reading will definitely not make you confident. What to be done?? Yes.. to be practically and implement the tips which I will be providing soon.

First of all shall know who is a confident person? A confident person is someone who does they believe in, they are optimistic, they are open to accepting their mistake & learning, they are sure about themselves and their action. Once we have understood the meaning, now let's see what all required to be confident. I have jotted down in four steps.

First Step: Start Journaling means if you want to be confident then you should know about yourself. So start writing about you, what is your past baggage, what is your dream life to be in reality, which past incident still affecting you; these things are to be written down, yes it is time consuming but most recommended to go in deeper sense.

Second Step: Stop Comparing with others. It is very difficult to stop compare with others but very important. Mind also starts comparing but remember your life is someone dream life. So be grateful of your life. You can do better in life.

Third Step: Make Notes what points you feel under confidence. We all don't have 100% of confidence in 100% in our life. So, write all situations where you feel under confidence. Like example when I spoke to people who are dominating in work I felt under confidence.

Fourth Step: Sort the Issues out where you feel under confidence. Like keep away from people always dominating you, check which clothes best suits you by this consciously make you confident.

Few others quick tips 'face your fears' boldly if it any situations, persons, any thing of that sort. Also 'take time to groom' if you wearing a footwear dirty and going to place where it is well put up will feel not confident. It may be nails or keeping hairs properly etc. Lastly 'positive self talk'  tell yourself that I'm good enough, I'm confident by this you are telling within you what is possible.

I have to improve on fear of other's judgement.

Confident Yogesh

Thank you confident my people for reading. Follow these above activities and feel confident.

Love you all💗

Live life to Maxout!!

Take care 😷, see you all soon.

Digital Vision Board of 2022!! Manifest| Live|

Hi Beautiful People!!!

Greetings!!!

Today's blog is about Vision Board. Yes friends, Vision Board

Vision boards are widely used tool for success of an organization or an individual. Many influential leaders use this to turn dreams into reality. Also known as manifestation. Well with a hard work added.

What is exactly a Vision board? A popular life coach 'Zakiya Larry' puts it very simple has a visual representation of goals. These typically posture-sized visual contains all kind of images and text that represent something we're trying to accomplish.

I personally started preparing vision boards from past four years (that means I have 4 sheets of vision board). It was all with newspapers, magazines, sketch pens, white sheet and fevistick with soft music in background along with some group of like-minded people. Recalling it was fun activity and childish experience. After this activity prominent speaker said look this physical vision board everyday. But ultimately I kept in my cupboard.

Now era is all about digitization, so I came across one of very good digital platform called Canva (will discuss about this little later). And now I started preparing my digital vision board, why because this saves time compared to physical vision board and another major advantage is can be carried anywhere I go. Especially I have prepared and set it my desktop wallpaper and phone wallpaper.

What is all required to prepare Vision Board?

  • Review the previous year goals and check what went right & what went wrong.
  • Sit and prepare plan goals for this year, ensure to include different aspects like learning goals, mental goals, physical goals, office goals, finance goals etc.
  • Look pictures from online with Google etc and dump the pictures in one folder
  • With digital platform collage all the pictures.
  • Set picture has wallpaper to phone, laptop and desktop.
It is very easy to prepare with Canva. I will share you the link https://www.canva.com/ which will be helpful. Where they provide numerous design or templates for preparing Videos, Presentation, Instagram & Facebook post, Poster, Logo, Flyer, Desktop wallpaper, Your story, A4 document, Card, Resume, Facebook cover, Photo collage, Phone wallpaper, Business card, Invitation, Infographic, Banner, Menu, YouTube thumbnail, Planner etc.

Here are my vision boards for 2022:

It's about Tungabhadra Dam and Tungabhadra Garden!!!

Namaste my dear friends🙏,

Welcome back to new blog.

It's been long time. Last week it was time to visit my home town 'Sirsi'. I must say best place to live and visit, so beautiful and I got fully charged up. It was time to spend lovely four days with our parents. Lot's of love to them. All do take care of your parents too.

Today's blog is one of eye catching of engineering works, Tungabhadra Dam also known has TB Dam. This dam is built across Tungabhadra river and is in Hospete, Vijayanagara district of Karnataka. TB dam is a multipurpose dam servicing electricity, irrigation, flood controls, entertainment, sunset view, expanding knowledge bank, environmental studies etc. Most tourists visiting Hampi include stepover at TB Dam.

TB Dam is contribution of Karnataka state, earlier Madras presidency and Hyderabad state, mega opening happened in year 1953. The TB dam is only reservoir which is non-cement and concrete which has stood over six decades and many more decades to perform. TB dam has capacity of 101 TMC (in words one lakh one thousand million cubic feet of water), height of 49.5m and having 33 crest gates.  This is all about facts and figures, now let's have our experience in TB Dam.

Tungabhadra Dam

For us it was all about two delightful evening spending time together visiting at TB Dam, first evening our visit was to Tungabhadra gardens and other evening to TB dam. We dropped our car at main gate vehicle parking with charges of Rs. 30 and we took a walk towards garden. On the way we could see long queue waiting for bus to have TB dam view, there were representation of deer's, elephant and somewhat good maintained garden. Opposite side pedal boating was available with nominal charges.

Further we purchased ticket of Rs. 20 per person to visit Tungabhadra garden. Before entering garden we could see temple, bowed down from outside and we went inside the garden. It was so spacious for fun activities more preferable place to children. We could see good aquarium with varieties of fish family and nice park with mostly pink, green hues and around decorated with colorful lighting. Many kids were gathered in VR shows. There is small cafeteria available. Lot of good photos can be captured. It was time ringing 7pm, musical fountains started dancing with music and can say a good musical show siting on the lawn. After 20 minutes we started back to our home.

Day-2: Second evening we planned to visit TB dam, same way parked our vehicle and took shuttle bus at fare charge of Rs. 20/- each person to ferry us to vantage point at the top. Other way to view TB dam is by walk towards mountain hill for senior citizen bus is suitable. It's around 5 km one way and three spots at various level where bus drops. The top view of hill is excellent view of Tungabhadra dam and Sunset view is amazing to experience. There is Government guesthouse at top. We could see ice cream cart. There are many monkeys wandering.

Later we had fantastic experience, from top we could find steps below, we started taking those steps since it was night made us so scary. After half way we came back from steps quickly and stood in queue for bus. Hopped off from bus at second spot where thirumala garden is maintained and inauguration stone is found. Overall it was enjoyable evening's with simple joys of life.
Scary steps below in night....

Gate entrance view

TB Dam timings 8am to 8pm. Evening is more preferable. My rating as per my experience will  give 7 star rating (10 being best and 0 being poor).

Thank you friends...

Love you all💖. Live life to Maxout.
